Ithaa Undersea Restaurant
The world's first all-glass undersea restaurant, set five metres beneath the Indian Ocean. Schools of reef fish drift past the curved acrylic walls as a contemporary fusion menu is served with panoramic views of the coral garden — a meal not just eaten, but felt. The first of its kind in the Maldives — an underground cellar two metres below the island, home to 18,000 bottles and up to 800 labels in perfect stillness. Guests descend for a six-course degustation paired with hand-selected wines and champagne, orchestrated by the Chef de Cuisine and Head Sommelier.
